Texwrap Highlighting its Shrink Wrapping & Bundling Systems in Booth B7605 at MODEX 2024
Feb 28, 2024WASHINGTON, Mo., February 28, 2024 – Texwrap, a ProMach brand, is kicking off 2024 the right way by showcasing its fully automated shrink wrapping and shrink bundling systems at MODEX 2024! Through interactive 3D animations, Texwrap will be highlighting how its packaging systems add speed, accuracy, and efficiency to a variety of industries, in booth B7605 at MODEX 2024, March 11-14, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
One of the many solutions attendees will see through 3D animations include the EPS Series Continuous Motion E-Commerce Packaging Systems. The EPS Series is a great option for small-to-medium sized companies that are looking to automate their entire e-commerce packaging operations. The EPS System creates ready-to-ship custom-sized mail packages that can integrate with a labeler and multi-carrier shipping software, as well as gather and report data to streamline e-commerce order fulfillment. These advantages work together to reduce packing material and DIM weight, increasing throughput while reducing errors.
Texwrap’s EPS Series Continuous Motion Packaging Systems are perfect for applications demanding high throughput speeds with maximum package flexibility. This machine is a “box-motion” style wrapper in which the device making the end seal moves horizontally with the product as the seal is made using Texwrap's patented hybrid hydraulic cam system for fast movement of the carriage without harsh stops and starts. This allows maximum throughput speeds with the long-term reliability required for e-commerce with minimal maintenance.
The eCommerce solutions provide several benefits to end-of-line packaging that can enhance online operations. These include reduced order fulfillment errors, automatic package size detection, 40 packages processed per minute (WMS dependent), saved labor and time, significant savings over pre-made bags and reduced DIM weight freight costs.
Another great option within the EPS platform is Texwrap’s EPSB-3322 Series, which creates right-sized bags for both wrap-to-ship and wrap-to-stock applications. The machine can run opaque or clear film depending on the application. It can also be configured with an optional integrated ID Technology (a ProMach brand) labeling system to print address labels.
These two solutions within the EPS platform, as well as Texwrap’s other shrink wrapping and shrink bundling systems, will be on display via 3D animations in booth B7605 at MODEX 2024.
