Request More Information ›The ISS Intermittent Motion Side Sealer is Texwrap’s offering for applications requiring the wrapping of products at moderate speed where product length or height exceeds the capacity of an L-sealer. Texwrap's ISS series machines are flexible enough to wrap anything from a deck of cards to a bundle of wood flooring. With film/conveyor speeds of 100 feet per minute, the ISS has plenty of speed to handle a variety of applications.
Flexibility and ease-of-use are hallmarks of Texwrap ISS Series design. With standard autospacing control, horizontal as well as vertical photoeyes, and the ability to precisely vary the conveyor speeds to relax the film between products, the ISS series can accommodate randomly fed or choke-spaced product and accurately separate them for reliable, consistent packages using the absolute minimum amount of film.

The 2410ISS Intermittent Motion Side Sealer is Texwrap's intermittent motion side seal shrink wrapper is designed to run large products at moderate speed suitable for e-commerce fulfillment applications. The 2410ISS has the capacity of 24" wide and 10" tall and is versatile enough to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.
The 2410ISS is equipped with the exclusive Texwrap Versa Seal (TVS) to insure consistent, high quality seals across a wide range of film types. The TVS tightly clamps the film between parallel belts while a heating element seals and separates the film between them. The slightly diverging belts continue to clamp the film securely allowing the film seal to cure and, at the same time, assuring reliable scrap/trim separation. The belts on the TVS design also control film tension allowing consistent seals to be made using the absolute minimum film width possible saving money on every package.
The ISS-3618 Intermittent Motion Side Seal Wrapper is designed to run very large products at moderate speed. With a capacity of 36” wide and 18”tall, the ISS-3618 is versatile enough to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.
The ISS-3618 uses Texwrap’s exclusive Versa Seal side seal to insure consistent, high quality seals across a wide range of film types. The TVS design also controls film tension allowing consistently strong seals to be made using the absolute minimum film width possible saving money on every package.

The operator controls are located on a swivel-mount panel allowing it to easily be accessed from either side of the machine. The instructions are easy to understand, film threading is fast and easy, and, with the scrap winder in a very convenient location, operators are able to run the ISS-3618 at maximum efficiency. With Allen-Bradley controls, AC inverter-duty motors, restricted service-level menus, and auto-tune heaters, the ISS-3618 is as popular with maintenance staffs as it is with the operators.
