Texwrap offers our customers Turnkey Wrapping Solutions which combine any of our Side Seal, Vertical Seal, or Lap Seal Wrappers with a standard or custom infeed, shrink tunnel and other components to fully automate the wrapping operation. This solution is tested as a single system on our production floor with a single factory acceptance test (FAT) to ensure the entire solution will work on our customer’s factory floor. Turnkey Side Seal Systems combine any of Texwrap’s side seal wrappers into turnkey solutions by adding a shrink tunnel to shrink the film after it leaves the wrapper and/or an infeed to collate, stack, sort or divide product before it enters the wrapper.
Turnkey Vertical Seal Systems combine any of Texwrap’s Vertical seal wrappers into turnkey solutions by adding a shrink tunnel to shrink the film after it leaves the wrapper and/or an infeed to collate, rotate, and/or divide product before it enters the wrapper.
